Emergency relief in disaster or crisis affected regions; promotion of the rehabilitation of destroyed regions, assistance to the poorest in order to help them establish new and sustainable livelihoods and better living conditions. Care implements development programmes to mitigate poverty and hunger in a sustainable way and to facilitate the access to education and medical care. It carries out projects to strengthen civil society and to demand the application of fundamental rights. It cooperates also with excluded minorities.
