In accordance with § 22 Paragraph 1 of the German Art Copyright Act (KUG), "images may be disseminated or displayed publicly only with the consent of the person depicted". The persons depicted on the City’s web pages have given their consent.
Insofar as a picture is published, which breaches this principle despite careful monitoring of content or if you desire the removal of a published photo (withdrawal of consent), you can notify us of this in writing. It is sufficient if you send us an email. Please describe the photo precisely and state on which page it is located.
If you withdraw consent, the Federal City of Bonn will immediately delete the photo or photos and no longer use it/them in the future.
