By train to Bonn
Whether from Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Brussels, Amsterdam or Zurich – the federal city of Bonn is very well connected in regional, national and international rail transport.
ICE trains commute regularly from Bonn's main station to Berlin, stopping only in Cologne along the entire route. In addition, many ICE trains stop at Siegburg/Bonn station, which is on the high-speed Frankfurt-Cologne line. From there, light rail trains take guests to downtown Bonn in about 20 minutes.
Bonn's city districts are also easily reached by regional trains: The Bad Godesberg, Beuel and Duisdorf regional train stations optimally connect the city to the Deutsche Bahn network.
Bonn can also be reached asleep by night train operated by ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways), for example from Zurich or Amsterdam.

The central stop for long-distance buses in Bonn is located near the "Museumsmeile" at the Deutsche Bahn train station "Bonn UN Campus" and is easily accessible from the entire city area by regional trains, light rail (stop: Heussallee) and buses.

By coach to Bonn
There are two parking areas for coaches in downtown Bonn: at the Hofgarten and on the banks of the Rhine near the Beethovenhalle. Parking is free of charge. The map shows you other possible stops.
For boarding and disembarking the Rhine ships, there is a short-term parking lot for buses on the Brassertufer (opposite the landing stage of the Bonner Personenschifffahrt)

By plane to Bonn
Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN) is located on the right bank of the Rhine between Cologne and Bonn. Anyone landing here can reach Bonn city center in around 30 minutes by bus, train or car. There is also a regular express bus service from Bonn main station to the airport.
