The aim of the Eurocities network initiative is therefore to initiate improvements in the form of a sustainable and inclusive cultural policy in the signatory cities and to sensitize the public to climate policy issues through appropriate offers. For the city of Bonn, the focus is on dialog and cooperation with the various cultural institutions and local artists, as practiced, for example, in the development of the Sustainable Cultural Strategy for Bonn.
