Marketing Coordinator

Job Specification

  • Manages the school website and internal portals, ensuring optimal structure, SEO, content, design, and functionality.
  • Collaborates with the BIS ICT Office to maintain technical functionality and connectivity.
  • Serves as the primary contact for the CMS provider.
  • Trains website and portal users on content management best practices and manages system access
  • Develops and implements targeted digital advertising initiatives (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and enrollment.
  • Monitors, interprets, and reports on analytics via monthly dashboard (Google Analytics and other relevant tools) to guide decision-making and enhance the school's digital strategy.
  • Conducts competitive analysis by tracking the digital presence of peer institutions and industry trends.
  • Develops engaging content and design for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the school’s brand identity.
  • Supports marketing initiatives with graphic design, digital materials and other visual assets.
  • Works collaboratively to align messaging across all external-facing digital channels. 

Professional Knowledge and Language Skills

  • University degree in Marketing, public relations or digital design experience
  • Basic website management skills
  • SEO and Google Analytics experience
  • Tech Savvy
  • High-level oral and written skills in English plus German proficiency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
