The Corona Vaccination Center for Bonn is located in the World Conference Center (WorldCCBonn). Information about the center as well as the vaccination can be found on this page.
The Bonn Immunization Center at the World Conference Center Bonn began operations on Monday, February 8. Initially, the vaccination center will be open daily from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. During the initial period, 183 vaccinations with Biontech vaccine will be available daily for seniors over 80 years of age, and four vaccination lines will be operated. Approximately 4000 initial vaccinations are scheduled for the month of February. With the start of second vaccinations from March 1, the vaccination center will go into a two-shift operation and open as early as in the morning. The vaccination center with its six vaccination lines is designed for up to 1200 vaccinations per day.

The city administration makes the following offer: Anyone who is over 80 years old and would like to be vaccinated now, but does not know how to get to the vaccination center, can contact the citizen telephone (0228 7175) or e-mail fragen.impfenbonnde. Who can be vaccinated and when?
Initially, mobile teams will vaccinate the residents of senior citizen facilities and the nursing staff there, followed by other risk groups at the vaccination center from the beginning of February.

Vaccination in the WCCB is only possible with a personal appointment, an independent visit is not possible. Appointments are made via the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians: probably on the website www.116117.de and via the telephone number 0800 11611701.
Notes on vaccination and the procedure
Admission to the vaccination center is only possible with a valid photo ID and without symptoms of illness. If you complain of symptoms, please contact your primary care physician.
Please come alone, admission is individual and unaccompanied. The only exceptions to this are individuals with support needs and children who are accompanied by a parent.
Please note that no large bags can be taken into the vaccination center. A bag check will be conducted in the entrance area.
Please bring your personal immunization record with you.
Masks are mandatory inside the immunization center. Please wear a mouth-to-nose covering at all times.
Please follow the directions.
At the entrance, body temperature will be checked first. This is followed by registration and an explanation of the vaccination. You will also be informed that you may experience physical symptoms after the vaccination, such as pain at the injection site, fatigue, mild flu symptoms, and mild headaches. The information about the vaccination and possible complications must be signed by the vaccinated person.
Then the vaccination takes place. In the case of right-handed persons, into the left upper arm or vice versa. The injection site is disinfected beforehand, then protected with a plaster. The vaccination is recorded in the vaccination card with the batch number, name of the vaccination, date of vaccination and the disease against which vaccination is given. With the Corona vaccine expected to be available first, a second vaccination is required on day 21.
After vaccination, the vaccinee should remain in the vaccination center or nearby for approximately 30 minutes for follow-up so that any physical reactions can be addressed professionally, if necessary.
How do I reach the vaccination center?
The WorldCCBonn location was also chosen because of its good location. It is centrally located in the federal district and is easy to reach by public transport. In addition, the congress center has a parking garage. You will find it at Karl-Carstens-Str. 4, 53113 Bonn.
You can reach the WorldCCBonn with...
...the city streetcars of lines 16, 63, 66, 67 and 68. Get off at the stop Heussallee/Museumsmeile, from there it is a few minutes walk, the WorldCCBonn is signposted. You can get on all the above-mentioned lines at Bonn's main train station, among other places.
...the buses of the lines 610 and 611. Get off at the bus stop Deutsche Welle, from there it is a few minutes walk to the Impfzentrum. Both lines run via Bonn's main train station, among other places.

Six vaccination lines
Six so-called vaccination lines will be set up in the vaccination center.
Around 70 people - employees of the city administration, the World Conference Center Bonn and medical staff from the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians - will be deployed at the vaccination center and in the mobile teams.
At full capacity, vaccinations will be given from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
