Administration services

Due to the exceptional situation caused by the increasing number of coronavirus infections, most official buildings of the Bonn City Administration are only partially open.

3G rule from November 22 at the municipality

Beginning Monday, November 22, 2021, visitors* to the City Hall will not only need an appointment and must wear at least one medical mask. They must also prove that they have been vaccinated, recovered or tested. The negative test result must not be older than 24 hours.

The administration is implementing the 3G rule in its official buildings following a decision by the crisis team. The aim is to increase the safety of employees and visitors in view of the sharp rise in the number of Corona infections. The 3G rule will be checked at the entrances of the service buildings, so citizens are asked to allow a little extra time and have the appropriate proof ready. In addition, the AHA rules (keep your distance - at least 1.5 meters, hygiene and wear a mask in everyday life) continue to apply in the service buildings.

For reasons of health protection, a visit to the administration is therefore only possible by prior appointment. Access controls are carried out at the entrances to the buildings. The aim is to reduce and avoid personal contacts as far as possible and to clarify concerns by telephone or e-mail if possible. Foreigners' Department: Access only with appointment
