In 2023, the project succeeded in finding a place to sleep for more than 200 delegates at the preparatory conference from abroad. 

The organizers are holding an online info meeting for potential hosts on Thursday, 2 May 2024 at 7 pm. Among other things, they will present the project, discuss possible intercultural challenges that may be associated with hosting international guests and be available to answer questions.
