Program Manager

Job Specification

The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for developing and operating iNADO's annual program. The program will be the basis for the team's activities: information dissemination, advocacy, capacity building. The PM will lead thereview of the Strategic Plan (2023-2025) with the iNADO Board and the Members.

Job responsibilities:
-Understand and evaluate the anti-doping environment (anti-doping rules and practices)
-Identify gaps in anti-doping practices of our members and formulate concrete solutions
-Develop, coordinate with staff, and execute the iNADO annual program of activities:
* Design, develop, and facilitate, webinars, workshops, seminars
* Produce written materials and visual outputs
* Advise and support members with the implementation of best practices
* Monitor and report progress of annual program of activities
- Support the CEO in implementing the strategic plan

Professional Knowledge and Language Skills

Professional Knowledge and Language Skills

- Higher education degree in political or social science, business administration, education science, or another relevant field
- 3-5 years of working experience in the non-profit sector: member association, governmental agency, NGO, union, or education institutions
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience in project management and team leadership:
- Excellent command of English. Advanced French and Spanish are an asset
- Flexibility to conduct other tasks when required
