In the course of the development of the "Innovation Triangle" between railroad tracks, the street Am Dickobskreuz and Immenburgstraße, the municipal property will be sold to Stadtwerke Bonn. In addition to securing the location for Stadtwerke, the plan also includes space required for BonnOrange and the civil engineering office, office space and use for a pop music competence center.

Apeiron restaurant & retail management GmbH is constructing an office building with training rooms, a training kitchen and a restaurant on a former municipal site in Joseph-Beuys-Allee. The Bonn-based company develops gastronomy and franchise concepts from the initial idea to marketing. Its own concepts such as "Gin Yuu" (6 restaurants), "The ASH" (2 restaurants) and "Bullit" are part of its portfolio. It is a licensee of the system gastronomic concept "L'Osteria" (10 restaurants).
C. Miesen GmbH & Co. KG
On a partial area of the "Alten Godesberger Stadion" in the industrial park Bad Godesberg- Nord, the company builds a commercial hall to expand the existing location.
The company C. Miesen GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Bonn in 1870 and specializes in the design and construction of ambulances, rescue vehicles, emergency medical vehicles and transport vehicles for the disabled.
The Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn has expressed interest in acquiring around 3,600 m² of municipal land in the Viktoriakarree. The university would like to build university facilities on this area (library, student living and working). Supporting the University of Excellence Bonn in its space needs, including in connection with the renovation of the neighboring main building, is a high priority for the city of Bonn.
Friesdorfer Str. 57 "An der Godesburg"
The municipal property is to be sold to a cooperative yet to be founded for the construction of publicly subsidized housing. Behind the concept are the "Deutscher Mieterbund Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Ahr e.V." and "Haus & Grund Bad Godesberg e.V.". The old school buildings are to be demolished in the course of the future project and replaced by apartment buildings with around 43 apartments and a four-group daycare center.
WohnPark II Vilich-Müldorf
In the Vilich-Müldorf district of Bonn on the right bank of the Rhine, a further residential area is being developed as part of the "Residential and Science Park (WTP I)" urban development project of the Federal City of Bonn and the City of Sankt Augustin. Independent Bonn International School (IBIS)
The Independent Bonn International School (IBIS) has been part of the international education landscape in Bonn for almost 60 years and currently offers a predominantly English-language school education to more than 200 children from kindergarten/pre-school age to grade 7. In order to realize larger investments in the coming years on a reliable basis and to secure the long-term existence of the school at the Heiderhof site, the existing buildings will be sold to the school under a ground lease agreement.
The Rot-Weiß Lessenich e.V. 1951 soccer club is converting the Alter Heerweg 125 property into a clubhouse with adjoining office space (club office) and has acquired the building from the city of Bonn for this purpose. In addition to the existing ground lease for the artificial turf pitch, there is now a further ground lease.
1. BC Beuel
The 1st Badminton Club Beuel 1955 e. V. is planning a badminton performance center next to the existing clubhouse on the grounds of the Erwin-Kranz-Halle in Beuel. The municipal area is to be made available to the club within the framework of a heritable building right.
Businesses of a commercial nature
The event venues and restaurants operated as commercial operations are due to undergo renovation work in the next few years, the planning for which is to begin in the near future. These include the Stadthalle Bad Godesberg, the Redoute, the Parkrestaurant in the Rheinaue and the Godesburg.
